Yet another drop in the housing market

There has been another drop in house prices. Research released yesterday show that in Shipley there has been a drop by more than 20 in the past six months, falling by more than a fifth.

However these figures aren’t a one off Shipley has been named among 16 others across the UK, where there has been reports that 20 or more has been wiped off the asking price since September, this is according to the property website Globrix.

The worst hit area has been Blackpool, where there has been a reported drop in 28 in the past six months. Other figures that have been published are by no way looking like there is a light at the end of the ever lengthening housing market tunnel.

This research shows that there has been a fall by an average of 11 across the UK during the same period.
