Third gun house attack in a month

A couple from Ballymena narrowly escaped injury after there home was subject to a gun attack Monday night. This is the third time the house has been targeted this month, on this occasion three shots where fired through their living room window. The attacks have been said to be, because the owner of the house had approached a few local residents after they has raised loyalist flags in the mixed housing development.

It is not just the couples car that has been subject to the attacks there car has also been stoned by the locals. Fortunately this attack has been caught on CCTV and witnesses had seen a man in a hooded top and balaclava in a Citron Saxo.
