Sales reach a 12-month high in the housing market

As house prices are at a low, more and more people are searching the market for the best bargain, and this has lead to a rise in sales.

According to research conducted by the National Association of Estate Agents, during this month the average estate agent agreed 8 sales to that compared to an average of five in August.

It was said that this rise could be put down to the rise in buyer demand in January that has lead to more sales.

This has shown that in the current climate we are in we can still find a bargain out there, and that things could start to be on the rise again.
