Recent rainfall highlights home insurance necessity as memories come flooding back

With more than a month's worth of rain falling in just 24 hours in some parts of the UK on Wednesday (July 9th), bringing back memories of last year's floods in the process, Fairinvestment.co.uk has taken the opportunity to remind homeowners of the importance of securing adequate home insurance.
While the government has responded to last year's floods by adding a further 34 flood defences to those already in existence, the Environment Agency has warned that many homes are still at risk.
