New home report looks good for the housing market
Posted on March 06th 2009
It has been claimed that by the introduction of the new home reports the housing market could be on the rise as buyers are tempted back.
A recent survey showed that 80 of the largest firms of chartered surveyors believe that these reports of the compulsory sellers have boosted interest.
It has been claimed that there has been in increase in inquires about property since the launch of this three months ago.
To get a report for a property would now cost on average £420 plus VAT.
This has proved to be a small rise in the very low housing market. Over the past three months alone there has been 13,999 reports printed, which show that there is still interest in the ever-dwindling market.
