Housing market will improve
A recent poll showed that house prices will start to rise over the next couple of years, the increase will come as the number of properties on the market will rise seeing a slow return to how the economy was. The end of this year will see a 3.4% rise in the average house price but the next two years will only see an average rise of about 4%, according to a recent survey of 30 analysts.
Recent surveys have revealed that has been a significant rise in positive figures surrounding the recession, with many facts pointing to a rise in the UK economy. The started with a vicious circle in the housing market as home owners struggled to sell meaning no houses where on the market causing those looking to sell choosing to wait. This had the effect of ensuring that until something major happened the housing market would continue to plummet.
