House prices look to be on the rise

For the first time since March last year, house prices rose in London by 04. in April, according to an Estate Agent, providing hopes of a recovery in the housing market.
Although the cost of average housing is started to rise again, the cost of the more expensive homes in the are city are still falling and it still looks to continue across the UK for some time.
Since March 2008 when they hit their highest peak, the average price of a house in central London has fallen by 23.6.
