House fire leaves family of five homeless
A family of five narrowly escaped from their home in Rhydwyn near Holyhead, after a fire broke out in the early hours of Monday morning. The family, which includes a two-year-old girl where lucky to notice the fire after a family member woke to the smell of smoke and found their living room on fire.
Once the source of the smoke was found the family were quick to escape from the house and alert the fire brigade.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are investigating the cause of the fire. Fire crews emphasise he importance of smoke alarms and the importance of getting out of the burning building and staying out until fire crews arrive.
