Burglary leads to claim on contents insurance
A house in Bradford on Avon has been targeted by thieves who carried out a raid on a home in Junction Road in the early hours of Friday 11 September.
The incident happened between 1am and 3am on Friday, when thieves entered the home, taking more than £1,000 in jewellery, including a silver heavy link charm bracelet valued at around £200, a gold charm bracelet with 14 different charms valued at approximately £400 to £500 and a Tiffany heart necklace worth £300. A gold sovereign upon a gold chain was also stolen from the property however this was not valued.
The home owners will now have to contact their contents insurance providers to find out if they have the items covered under their insurance policy so that they can claim for the missing items.
