Brits 'more frugal than ever'
Posted on October 02nd 2008
A recent survey conducted by a major home insurance provider has found that most Brits are now both sharing money saving tips and trying to put cash aside for the future in light of the current financial crises.
Typically rather reserved about money issues, 73 per cent of Brits are now regularly discussing ways to save money with family, friends and neighbours.
And an impressive high of 84 per cent are trying to save for the future, which is an encouraging reaction to the current financial times.
Home insurance is one area where families can save money by shopping around.
Home insurance premiums can vary significantly on several factors, but it is important to be accurate when obtaining a quote from an insurance provider as providing incorrect information may result in difficulties when claiming.
